COVID-19 UPDATE                

Customers, Associates and Friends,

We’re with you as we all face the challenges posed by COVID-19 corona virus. 

As you know, this is a very fluid situation and, like all of us, we’re dealing with this as best we can on a day to day basis. We understand that as circumstances change, we may have to update our plans but here is what we have for now:

–   Regular pool maintenance is considered an essential service to continue even through the strictest lock-down procedures taking place in some parts of the country. Proper sanitization will keep bodies of water safe for our community. As children and families are being asked to shelter at home, providing the means for a properly sanitized pool is critical to maintain community health.

–   According to the CDC, COVID-19 cannot survive in properly treated pool and hot tub water. 

–   Untreated water can promote other types of bacteria such as E.Coli, cryptosporidium, shigella and others. 

–   The WHO states that controlling water quality is necessary to prevent transmissions of infectious diseases. 

On our lawn side, it is business as usual. We understand a lawn and landscape is a huge investment and it needs to be maintained carefully. We plan to continue providing our quality service throughout this national emergency. 

We are open and continuing to work. We have policies in place to ensure we’re only sending healthy technicians to your home and implemented procedures so you will not have to interact face to face if you don’t feel comfortable doing so. 

We know that strange times can bring strange needs. We’re here to help in anyway we can to get us through this national emergency together and continue together long after life returns to normal.
